Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for:
- Size issues
- Color changes
Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange:
- Item must be unused and unworn
- Item must be in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be intact
- The product must not be damaged
Exchange Request Time
- You must request an exchange within 3 days of delivery
Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges for:
- Used or worn items
- Damaged items (caused by customer)
- Items without original tags/packaging
Process
- Contact our support team with your order number
- Share product details (size/color you want)
- Our team will guide you through the exchange process
Shipping for Exchange
- Customers may be required to cover exchange shipping costs
- In case of a wrong item sent by Zyre, we will handle all costs
Refund Policy
- We currently do not offer refunds
- Only exchanges are accepted
