Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Size issues
  • Color changes

Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Item must be unused and unworn
  • Item must be in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • The product must not be damaged

Exchange Request Time

  • You must request an exchange within 3 days of delivery

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Used or worn items
  • Damaged items (caused by customer)
  • Items without original tags/packaging

Process

  1. Contact our support team with your order number
  2. Share product details (size/color you want)
  3. Our team will guide you through the exchange process

Shipping for Exchange

  • Customers may be required to cover exchange shipping costs
  • In case of a wrong item sent by Zyre, we will handle all costs

Refund Policy

  • We currently do not offer refunds
  • Only exchanges are accepted
